Mr. Sterlacci joined Metter Shelton
Randolph Carroll & Sterlacci, P.L. in January of
2007. Mr. Sterlacci concentrates his practice in the
area of counseling individuals in estate matters, including
advising on income, estate, gift and generation-skipping
tax matters. He also practices in the area of estate
planning with respect to closely-held businesses, charitable
giving, foundations, representative of clients before
tax tribunals, preparation of wills and trust agreements
and estate administration. Prior to joining Mettler
Shelton, Mr. Sterlacci was a partner with Pillsbury
Winthrop, LLP in New York and Palm Beach and with Edwards
& Angell, LLP, in West Palm Beach. Mr. Sterlacci
received his B.S. from Long Island University, and his
LL.B. and LL.M. from New York University Law School.
Mr. Sterlacci is a member of the New
York State Bar Association, (Member; Committee on Estate
and Gift Taxes; Committee on Income of Estates and Trusts)
and a member of The Florida Bar.
