Mr. Randolph joined Mettler Shelton Randolph Carroll & Sterlacci, P.L. in 1999. Mr. Randolph serves on the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach United Way, the Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adults, the Royal Poinciana Chapel, the Historical Society of Palm Beach County, The Hospice Foundation of Palm Beach County and the Palm Beach Civic Association. He is also a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Randolph attended the University of Florida where he received a B.S., B.A., in 1994 with a major in Finance and minor in Economics; University of Florida College of Law, where he received a J.D. in 1997; and Boston University School of Law Graduate Tax Program, where he received a Masters of Law (LL.M) in taxation, with emphasis on estate and gift tax and estate planning, in 1999. He has AV rating from Martindale Hubbell indicating the highest possible rating in legal ability and ethical standards. He was listed in the 2011 issue of Florida Super Lawyers. Mr. Randolph and his wife have two daughters and reside in West Palm Beach.
