William C. Carroll is a partner with the
Palm Beach law firm of Mettler, Shelton, Randolph, Carroll
& Sterlacci, P.L., where he practices in the areas
of estate planning, probate, trust administration and
related tax matters. Mr. Carroll is certified by The
Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education
as a specialist in Tax Law as well as Wills, Trusts
and Estates Law. He has lectured to attorneys and laypersons
on estate issues and has authored articles appearing
in publications such as the Florida Bar Journal and
RIA Practical Tax Strategies. Mr. Carroll is a member
of the Tax and Real Property and Probate and Trust Law
Sections of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Estate
Planning Council, the East Coast Estate Planning Council
and the American and Palm Beach County Bar associations.
He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Miami
and his J.D. and LL.M. (Federal Taxation) degrees from
the University of Denver College of Law.
